-“I never know when a good melody pops up in my head, and I never know which musical landscape I will explore next. I have been fascinated by music since the late 70’s, and what I write and compose today might be the essence of everything I’ve ever heard, from 70’s rock, 80’s synth, 90’s indie etc… TV TALES are my stories, and reflects who I have become musically.

I’ve always been active with music, and have released several albums together with different bands, all based in Oslo, where I have grown up and gotten influenced. For some years, synth/electronica have had my focus, and I’ve played several concerts in Europe with for example “Substaat”. I’ve learned a lot from this period as well, collaborating with good musicians, and producers like Alex Møklebust and Alex Dahl.

With the new solo project TV TALES, all songs have been made on my acoustic guitar, and with the help of other musicians the songs have become as they are on the EP “No Time Left to Postpone” and the albums “ARRIVING / DEPARTING”, and "In Retrospect".

Music is timeless and versatile, and can always make me happy and sometimes take me away from the everyday life. So, for my own pleasure, I’ll just keep on looking for good melodies and write about how we function and what keeps us going on and on. - And it will be a great bonus if others enjoy my songs as well.”
